CUPT Series (Countersunk)

CUPT Series (Countersunk)

CUPT Series (Countersunk)

These Cup Magnets, also called Pot Magnets or Pots, have a countersunk hole in the magnet face to accept countersunk, flat head screws. The steel housing protects the magnet and focuses its magnetism on one side, increasing its strength when attaching directly to flat magnetic surfaces. They are compatible with rubber boots for further protection and anti-slip properties.

Additional Product Information for CUPT Series (Countersunk)

Often also referred to as POT Magnets or CUP Magnets, due to the way they are assembled. The outward facing side of the Neodymium Magnets has a polarity that faces North, and due to the magnetically conductive nature of the steel cup, this causes the outer portion of the steel cup to have a S facing pole.

Protective rubber boots are also available for further protection, and anti-slip properties.

Neodymium Magnets (NdFeB)

Neodymium magnets (NdFeB) are the strongest permanent magnet material commercially available.
